Windows 10 Upgrades.

Windows 7 support is ending January 14, 2020. If you are running Windows 7 or higher, you can still take advantage of Microsoft's free Windows 10 Upgrade.

We can help with your Windows 10 upgrade by cleaning up your system and checking for any hardware problems before the upgrade.

There are a couple of ways to perform the upgrade.
  • Take off-site. We typically charge 2.5 hours for an off-site upgrade.
    • Pickup.
    • Startup Tuning.
    • Hardware Check.
    • Perform Upgrade to Windows 10.
    • Check for updates.
    • Cleanup Start Menu and Task Bar icons. Pin Internet, Email, Documents, Pictures.
    • Return. 1st half hour included in estimate. Check Print/Scan, Email, Facebook etc.
  • On-site. Typically 1 hour minimum charge. Usually works fine, but no cleanup/updates when complete and if there are problems, we will typically take it off-site at that point.
    • Startup Tuning.
    • Hardware Check.
    • Copy current Windows 10 release to your computer. This saves considerable time and prevents issues with downloading the full 4.6GB over your internet connection.
    • Start the upgrade. Depending on your computer and internet speed, we will wait until we see the install button or just have you keep clicking the bottom right button and the confirm button if you see it.
